Allen Rosenthal holds a BBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. He began working in the industry at 19 and has since handled a wide range of transactions across New York City and the outer boroughs, including deals in the public, nonprofit, and religious sectors.
That experience carries over directly to business brokerage. Allen is skilled at structuring and negotiating deals, reading the leases and locations that often determine what a daycare, adult care, or transportation business is worth, and keeping a sale confidential from start to finish. He serves as the lead broker at ABR.

Brandon Rosenthal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brooklyn College. He spent more than five years managing operations for medical and passenger transportation companies and knows how these businesses run day to day.
That experience extends to children's daycares and adult day cares, giving him a practical understanding of the operations, contracts, and margins behind each. As the deal analyst at ABR, he uses that knowledge to build valuations that hold up under scrutiny.
